Deleting your data
Email privacy@linktolooks.com and say what you want deleted. Deletion is completed within 7 days of your request.
How to ask
Write from any address. So that we can find what is yours, include the handle or profile link you gave us, or the email address you wrote to us from; one line is enough. There is no account to log in to and nothing to disconnect: the Instagram connection is not live, so no Instagram account is connected to LinkToLooks.
What deletion removes
- Your storefront request: the handle, platform, email address and note you sent, when you sent it, and the page on our site you came to the form from, including any copy in our internal notes.
- Your emails to us.
- Material from your posts. If we built or started a storefront from your public posts, whether because you asked or before 29 September 2026 without being asked: the copies of your images, the product crops, the products identified and the retailer links proposed.
- Your entry on our list of creators we may ask, if you are on it.
How long it takes
Deletion is completed within 7 days of your request. It cannot be undone. If you later want a storefront after all, it has to be built again from your posts, and only if you ask.
What a request to us cannot reach
- Google Analytics, before 11 October 2026. Our pages ran
Google Analytics until that day and no longer do. The visit data it collected
is not linked to your name or email address, so a request to us cannot find
it by those. Clearing the
_gacookies in your browser breaks the link between your browser and those past visits. - Click records. They hold no IP address, cookie or other detail that identifies you, so there is nothing in them to tie to you; they are deleted automatically after 180 days.
- Our providers’ own records. Request data that Cloudflare and Google Fonts process when you load a page is kept under those companies’ own policies. So is what we sent to Anthropic for Claude to read, and the images sent to Google Cloud Vision, SerpApi or Bright Data before 29 September 2026 (the last two ran their searches on Google Lens); we no longer use any of those three. Our privacy policy names each of them.
What is not held in the first place
We never had your password: there is no LinkToLooks account. No Instagram account is connected to us, so nothing reaches us through one. The storefront request form stores no IP address or browser details and sets no cookie.
