One inbox, answered from the same address.
For anything — a creator question, a wrong or outdated product match, a privacy or data request, press, or partnerships — email privacy@linktolooks.com. There is no ticket number and no phone queue in front of it.
Creators
If we built anything from your posts and you want it corrected or deleted — say so in one line. Deletion is completed within 7 days of your request.
There is no self-serve signup. We build a storefront only when a creator asks, send that creator a link to review, and nothing goes live until that creator has approved it product by product. The form on the creators page is a request for a storefront, not an account — a public handle is enough, and email and note are optional.
Three things worth putting in the first email, because they save a round trip: the handle or shop URL you are writing about, whether you want it built, corrected or removed, and — if something is wrong — which specific post or product.
Shoppers
Spotted a product match that looks wrong, or a price that's moved? Tell us which page and which item — verified corrections ship in the next build, and honest gaps beat wrong links.
What helps most is the page URL and the name of the item as it appears on that page. We re-check the listing against the retailer before changing anything, so a report that names the item is one we can act on and a report that says "a price is wrong somewhere" is one we cannot.
Two things we cannot fix from this inbox, said plainly: we do not set retailer prices and cannot hold one, and we cannot restore stock on a listing that has sold out. What we can do is correct the page, or remove a match that is wrong.
Privacy & data
Requests under our privacy policy or the data deletion process go to the same inbox and are handled on the timelines those pages state.
Email is the way to ask today. Instagram connection is not live yet, so no creator account is connected to LinkToLooks and there is nothing to disconnect; one line to the address above is enough.
Deletion is not reversible and we do not keep a copy through a notice period, so a shop that is deleted and later wanted back is rebuilt from the creator's posts again, only if they ask. Ask and we will tell you what was removed and when.
Press and partnerships
Same address. If you are writing about the site, the pages most likely to answer your question first are how we work, which sets out where our prices and counts come from and who pays us, and the FAQ. If a number of ours is quoted anywhere and you want to know how it was measured, ask — every figure we publish comes from data we pulled, and we would rather explain a method than have it guessed at.
